Senior Technical Recruiter

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and creative roles across a variety of companies. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects the culture and values of whichever company you're hiring for. This is a remote, in-house role - recruiting for a small family of companies and some of our clients as well.

The ideal candidate has deep experience recruiting technical talent, is comfortable evaluating candidates across a range of engineering and design disciplines, and knows how to build genuine relationships with both hiring managers and candidates in a competitive market. Comfort juggling hiring needs across more than one brand or business unit is a must.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and creative roles — from intake through offer — including software engineers, front-end and back-end developers, designers, and product roles,and executives.
• Partner with hiring managers across companies to define role requirements, build job descriptions, and set hiring plans and timelines.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse pipelines, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and community/network outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, culture fit, and role alignment, coordinating technical interviews and assessments with hiring teams.
• Guide candidates through a smooth, transparent, and positive interview experience from first contact to offer.
• Manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring data within the applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping information accurate and up to date across multiple hiring companies.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) and use data to continuously improve the hiring process.
• Act as a brand ambassador for each company, helping strengthen employer brand and reputation in the technical talent community.
• Stay current on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (software engineering, development, design, or product).
• Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in a competitive, remote-first hiring market.
• Working knowledge of common tech stacks, roles, and terminology sufficient to have credible conversations with engineers and hiring managers alike.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership as a strategic advisor, not just an order-taker.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent multiple company cultures and values to candidates.
• Experience with an ATS and modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, BreezyHR, or similar).
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, managing multiple open roles across more than one company at once.
• Agency or digital services industry experience is a plus, but not required.
