We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours. The Role: As a Senior Paid Social Lead, you are naturally a consultant and leader. You test before you have an opinion. When a platform ships a new feature, an algorithm shifts, or someone on the team says "this doesn't work anymore," your instinct isn't to nod along, it's to run it on Seer first and see what actually happens. You back your point of view with receipts, not vibes: links, screenshots, and firsthand results over secondhand sentiment. You're not satisfied with Seer being seen as solid at Paid Social. You want us known, publicly, as one of the best, and you're ready to set the direction that gets us there, not just execute someone else's. You've built and grown a team before, and you know that scaling a group of Paid Social SMEs takes the same rigor you'd apply to a new ad format or bidding strategy.

Role Highlights

• Evangelize Seer's vision within Paid Social, working closely with Seer's Paid Media Leadership Team to drive excitement, adoption, and integration as we run full-steam toward being an industry leader in AI, automation, machine learning, and holistic search strategies
• Drive full-funnel Paid Social strategy through an integrated approach, leveraging deep expertise across a variety of paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and more) while collaborating closely with divisions like Creative and SEO to grow your clients' bottom line
• Own the test, learn, and iterate mindset across the client portfolio, running tests on Seer's own accounts first before rolling recommendations out to clients, treating our media budget as the proving ground for new platforms, formats, and AI-driven workflows
• Leverage your Paid Media expertise across other paid channels (Paid Search, Display, Programmatic) to drive an integrated approach to Paid Social strategy
• Lead a team of 4 to 6 direct reports, setting a bar for excellence and evidence-backed thinking that your team rises to meet, and take ownership of how that team grows and develops over time
• Drive creative innovation and synergy between divisions within Seer to help provide direction for our growing Paid Social and Creative offering
• Oversee day-to-day campaign strategy and management for 3 to 4 accounts, implementing industry best practices and making recommendations at scale, backed by what you've actually tested
• Develop strong frameworks for building Seer's Paid Social Book of Business within the current client portfolio and within new and developing industries and channels
• Build strong, lasting client relationships using Seer's values as your compass, positioning your team as an extension of theirs and taking their wins and losses as your own Play a key role in growing divisional revenue through cross-selling and up-selling, working closely with our business development team to identify, qualify, and close projects
• Create and maintain scalable processes that support our AI transformation and holistic strategy in social, driving buy-in and excitement across our Paid Social division
• Push Seer's public reputation in Paid Social from competent to category-leading, through original points of view, case studies, and thought leadership grounded in work you've actually done

Essential Skills

• You have led and scaled a team of 2 or more direct reports, and you've shaped how that team grows, not just how it performs day to day
• You treat Paid as a testing discipline end to end, which means you're already testing AI tools and workflows in your own work, not waiting for someone else to prove them out first. Before you form a point of view on a channel, feature, or platform change, you've already run it on either clients or Seer's own accounts
• You are someone who challenges the status quo and brings the team along with you to think about new ways to evolve our Paid Social program and our UVP to clients
• You want Seer to be known publicly as one of the best in the industry at Paid Social, not just a safe, competent choice
• You have managed Paid Social campaigns across a wide range of industries, engines, and management platforms, and you know when and where automation and machine learning can get your team's time back
• You have experience in emerging channels like TikTok and Reddit, and in pitching full-funnel strategies that incorporate creative design, supplemental marketing channels, and measurement plans
• You have experience partnering with leadership on strategy or account decisions that extend beyond your own book of business
• You take a data-driven, holistic approach to Paid Social, pulling in signal from Creative, SEO, and Analytics to build smarter strategies
• You are skilled at developing and recognizing talent, whether that's coaching up a team member who's still finding their footing or making sure a strong quarter gets seen
• You are quick to kick up a new opportunity and run with it, making data-driven, actionable recommendations that create value for your clients
• You have a habit of sharing what you learn, through 1:1s, Lunch 'n Learns, webinars, blogs, case studies, or speaking engagements
• You are savvy with Excel, Google Suite, and data viz tools, and you understand data sources, data constructs, and the basics of SQL
• You have an eye for great talent, finding it, keeping it, and growing it

• First 30 Days — Learn

• Complete division training and begin supporting clients and your team of direct reports

• Run your first test on a Seer account and share what you found with the team

• 60 Days — Build

• Be fully ramped on your 3 to 4 accounts and actively developing your 4 to 6 direct reports

• Bring a documented point of view (with receipts) to the team on a platform, format, or AI workflow you've tested

• 90 Days — Lead

• Operate at full capacity, owning your book of business and your team's growth independently

• Have a visible piece of thought leadership in motion, internal or external, that reflects your tested point of view

• Time management, context-switching, and juggling multiple projects and people is genuinely difficult for you
• You're inclined to adopt other people's takes on a platform or tactic rather than testing it yourself
• Continued learning and innovation, including with AI, isn't something you want as a baseline expectation
• You'd rather execute a plan than help set one for your team or the division
• Change management is hard for you and you struggle adapting to new tools and processes
