Franki is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build our in-house recruiting capability from the ground up and reduce our dependency on external agencies. This is a high-impact, build-it-yourself role responsible for full-cycle hiring across every function, while also partnering with our Head of People Operations to shape how we develop and retain the people we bring in.

We need a hunter: someone who proactively sources on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels, builds pipeline before a role even opens, and shows up at industry events and recruiting fairs to grow our network. If you treat recruiting like a sales pipeline, outbound-first, relationship-driven, metrics-obsessed, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across all functions: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
• Proactively hunt for talent through outbound sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Represent Franki at industry conferences, sales events, and recruiting fairs to network and build a pipeline of passive candidates
• Partner with leaders to forecast talent needs, define roles, and craft hiring plans
• Own and maintain our careers page, employer brand content, and LinkedIn company presence
• Manage the recruitment process using data: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and sourced-to-hire ratio
• Select and manage external agency partners only when needed, maintaining control of costs
• Ensure hiring and onboarding documentation (I-9, E-Verify, offer letters, background checks) is accurate, complete, and legally compliant
• Partner with the Head of People Operations to build an internal talent framework: career pathing, succession planning, onboarding, and manager capability in interviewing and talent conversations
• Build dashboards combining recruitment and retention data and present insights to leadership

You're a good fit if you have...

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a tech or startup environment
• A demonstrated, hands-on history of outbound, sales-style sourcing. Proactively hunting and closing candidates.
• A proven track record running full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles
• Experience managing a company LinkedIn presence and using LinkedIn and Indeed for employer branding, sourcing, and pipeline building
• A track record of attending industry conferences, sales events, or recruiting fairs to build external networks
• A portfolio or work samples of employer brand work
• Experience with employment eligibility verification (I-9/E-Verify)
• Experience administering an applicant tracking system, preferably Rippling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
• High comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving, fully remote environment

• A Master's degree or HR certification
• Familiarity with multi-state pay transparency and job posting compliance requirements
• Familiarity with employment-based visa sponsorship processes
• Experience collaborating with HR or People Ops on engagement or development initiatives

• Remote work: Our team works remotely across the US but primarily PST time zone; we travel together several times a year for company kick-offs and mid-year meetings.
