We are looking for an experienced Senior Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with key clients in the Italian market. The role will focus primarily on strategic account management, client retention, revenue growth and business expansion, while also identifying and developing selected new business opportunities."

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management & Client Growth

Own and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts, with accountability for revenue growth, retention and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive organic growth, cross-selling and long-term partnerships.
Identify opportunities to introduce Concentrix's broader CX, digital and technology solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and business performance.

New Business Development (New Logo Acquisition)

Build and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. within the Italian market.
Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market intelligence.
Lead client presentations, solution proposals, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Strategic & Commercial Activities
Track and report sales performance, pipeline progression, and account growth.
Support the development of innovative solutions that create additional value for clients.
Work closely with Operations, Solutions, Finance, and Leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
Contribute to overall business strategy and market positioning within Italy.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
Proven track record in managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
Experience in complex commercial environments, including contract negotiations and revenue ownership.
Strong C-level relationship management and consultative selling skills.
Experience in CX, BPO, outsourcing or technology-enabled services.
Fluent Italian and strong business English (preferably C1).
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network within the Italian market.
Experience selling outsourced customer experience, digital transformation, technology-enabled services, or BPO solutions.
Understanding of commercial and contractual negotiations.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and strategic accounts.

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40h/week)

Annual Base Salary Range: €70,000 - €80,000 - We are open to listen about your expectations
