What is this role about?

As the Senior Social & Content Manager, you´ll lead social end-to-end across our markets, own the editorial calendar and content distribution engine, and run the creator program. You´ll partner with Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, Performance, and Country teams to make content a measurable lever for demand generation at Bondora.

You´ll be joining the team at a time when we're reimagining how engaging, high-quality content is built in the AI era. Humans and AI agents operating as one system, producing faster, sharper, multi-platform work that wouldn't have been possible just a few years ago.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes great content and knows how to make it travel. Someone inspired by what the best brands do across every surface they own, and who sees content not as individual pieces but as a propagation engine that compounds reach.

You bring strong editorial taste. You know how social media actually works today, and you treat content atomization as a discipline: one piece, many executions, each earning its place. You think about distribution before production, imagining how every asset travels across owned, earned, and creator channels to drive measurable demand.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Leading Bondora's social media end-to-end across all markets, elevating social into a measurable growth channel.
• Owning the editorial calendar and content distribution engine: planning content across owned, earned, and creator surfaces, atomising each brand activation into platform-native formats.
• Producing content in-house in collaboration with the Brand team, alongside managing social and content production agencies and UGC creators end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, quality control, performance management, and cost efficiency.
• Architecting and operating Bondora's AI-driven content engine: building the systems, tools, and workflows, and running them day-to-day across ideation, editorial planning, production, repurposing, social listening, and performance analysis, continuously raising the output bar through iteration and feedback loops.
• Running social, content, and share-of-voice analytics and turning channel, format, and audience data into editorial and distribution decisions.
• Managing social media community day-to-day: moderating and responding to comments and messages across channels.

What would ensure success in this role?

• 6–10 years of experience in social media, editorial, content, or content marketing roles, ideally within fintech, consumer tech, or another fast-paced digital business.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI-driven content workflows. You’ve either built an AI-enabled content engine yourself or operated one deeply enough to explain the systems, tools, workflows, and measurable business impact behind it.
• Strong editorial judgment and creative taste. You know what makes content distinctive, on-brand, relevant, and worth sharing, especially when AI produces at scale.
• Senior-level social media expertise across multiple platforms, with a strong understanding of platform-native formats, audience behaviour, algorithms, and content mechanics across TikTok, YouTube and Shorts, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical capability across social and content performance, share of voice, distribution, and attribution. You can turn data into clear decisions about what to create, where to distribute it, and what to scale.
• Experience building and managing external content ecosystems, including briefing and managing agencies, UGC creators, influencers or creators, and external editors or production partners.
• Balance of editorial craft and systems thinking, with the ability to work comfortably across marketing, performance, product, and data teams.
