💼 About the Role

The company is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across high-risk merchant segments. This role is focused on building relationships with decision-makers at Forex brokers, trading platforms, gambling and betting operators, casinos, dating platforms, creator networks, and subscription-based digital businesses. You will own the full sales cycle, use your existing network to build warm pipeline, and close strategic partnerships for open banking payment solutions.

🔍 Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified prospects across Forex trading, iGaming, betting, casino,dating, creator, and subscription-based digital platforms;

• Use an existing warm networkto generate introductions, accelerate conversations, and build a strong commercial pipeline;

• Own the full B2B sales cyclefrom prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closing, and handover;

• Position open banking payments as a practical solution for high-risk merchantsfacing payment restrictions, high fees, conversion issues, or compliance complexity;

• Build targeted go-to-market strategiesfor high-risk merchant segments across Europe;

• Develop relationships with founders, CEOs, payment leads, commercial directors, and other senior stakeholders;

• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to align payment solutions with client needs and regulatory expectations;

• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value, long-term partnership agreements;

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments across payments, Forex, iGaming, and high-risk merchant categories;

• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, pipeline goals, and key sales KPIs.

🎓 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in FinTech, payments, open banking, acquiring, PSPs, or related financial technology sectors;

• Proven track record selling to merchants in Forex trading, iGaming, betting, casino, dating, creator, subscription, or other high-risk digital verticals;

• Existing warm network of relevant merchants, operators, brokers, platforms, payment decision-makers, or commercial partners;

• Strong understanding of payment challenges for high-risk merchants, including acceptance, compliance, fraud, chargebacks, conversion, and payment restrictions;

• Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and high commercial value;

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills;

• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote sales role;

• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling open banking, account-to-account payments, API-based payment infrastructure, or alternative payment methods;

• Established network across European Forex, iGaming, betting, casino, or creator economy ecosystems;

• Additional European languages;

• Experience working with growth-stage FinTech companies or international commercial teams.
