(Senior) Recruiting Specialist (m/w/d) remote CH

• You independently manage end-to-end recruiting mandates for our clients (SMEs, start-ups, scale-ups)—from requirements analysis to successful placement
• You act as a sparring partner to our clients on job titles, job descriptions, recruiting strategies, channel selection, and market positioning
• You conduct active search via LinkedIn Recruiter and other (AI-based) sourcing tools, proactively identifying and approaching suitable candidates
• You carry out screening calls and qualifying first interviews in German, English, and ideally French
• You own all candidate communication, including scheduling, candidate care, and process management in the ATS
• You create compelling job descriptions, develop posting strategies, and implement them operationally
• You produce project documentation, screening forms, candidate reports, and other materials for our clients
• Where needed, you facilitate workshops and training sessions for our clients’ hiring managers and recruiters

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience—ideally in a start-up, scale-up, or high-volume environment with a fast pace and high autonomy
• University degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field
• Proven track record filling a broad spectrum of roles: technical positions (software, hardware, engineering), functional roles (HR, finance, operations), and sales & marketing positions
• Mastery of end-to-end recruiting; accustomed to independently steering mandates from the client intake session to offer
• Excellent active search skills and routine use of LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with AI-based sourcing tools is a plus
• Hands-on experience with various ATS/recruiting software systems (e.g., Personio, Successfactors, or similar) and quick to get up to speed in new tools
• Confident, consultative communication with clients and hiring managers—you recommend the right strategy, not just the fastest
• Highly productive, efficient, and structured working style; quick grasp of new concepts and strong process understanding
• Tech-savvy and open to new tools, automations, and AI-supported workflows
• Fluent written and spoken German and English; French is a strong plus
• Based in Switzerland with the appropriate residence and work permits

• Remote only: Work from wherever you’re most productive—on-site at the client only in exceptional cases; team events approx. once per quarter
