Senior Technical Recruiter — US & Canada

We are a U.S.-based HR consulting firm helping growing companies across many industries. As our recruiting volume grows, we are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter in the Philippines to run full-cycle searches for our U.S. and Canadian clients.

This is not mass hiring or BPO volume recruiting. We run thoughtful, quality-driven searches and deliver true shortlists, not resume dumps.

What You'll Do

• Run searches from intake to offer for mid-to-senior and technical roles (software, IT, data, engineering and more).
• Source with Boolean searches on LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Juicebox, and reach out to candidates proactively.
• Screen candidates with structured, competency-based interviews and write clear candidate summaries for clients.
• Keep Manatal (ATS) and Monday.com trackers up to date, and help improve our tools and workflows.
• Support and coach fellow recruiters as the team grows.
• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting, including at least 2 years supporting U.S. and/or Canadian clients or companies.
• Experience filling mid-to-senior and technical roles, with hands-on ATS use (Manatal preferred) and strong Boolean sourcing.
• Experience leading, mentoring or training recruiters, formally or informally.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiar with EEO policy and fair, compliant hiring practices for U.S. and Canadian roles.
• A doer mindset: you work independently but collaboratively, need minimal supervision and follow through without reminders.
• An ideal team player attitude: humble, people-smart and hungry for growth.
• Proactive and polite in conversation. You speak up when something is broken and feel safe raising it early, so it doesn't slow down execution.
• You can integrate an ATS with job boards yourself, for example connecting Manatal to LinkedIn, Indeed and other boards.
• Super bonus: you can set up multi-posting, XML/API feeds and candidate syncing, or you're eager to learn. Building automations with AI tools is a plus too.
• Remote from the Philippines, U.S. Central Time (CT) hours. Stable internet, backup power, required specs, and a quiet workspace needed. Compensation: paid in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Full-time, dedicated role: no other jobs or client commitments. This role is set up to grow into full employment.
