The Role

Veeva-Ostro builds the AI-powered engagement platform behind some of pharma's most innovative brand experiences — conversational virtual navigators, personalized content journeys, and omnichannel tools that give patients and HCPs real-time, accurate answers. As a Senior Program Manager on our Implementation/Professional Services team, you'll own the end-to-end quality of every deliverable, from client-facing designs and content matrices through PRC submission to pre-launch QA of the live tool, while developing the processes and leading the team of contractor editors who bring each build to life.
