Join the product marketing team shaping Seismic’s product and platform story. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll make that story matter to marketing and sales enablement leaders, helping define the future of enablement in the age of AI, and building the messaging and GTM plays to drive revenue.

Following our combination with Highspot, we have an opportunity to bring together two category-leading platforms and help customers rethink what enablement can achieve. You will connect Seismic’s capabilities to the priorities of the people who equip go-to-market teams, turning a broad platform story into a clear point of view, practical customer value, and measurable business impact.

You will own the story and go-to-market strategy for these audiences, from positioning and thought leadership through the plays, assets, and field training that bring the story to life. You will work across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and be accountable for how your plays contribute to revenue goals.

Who you are:

• You have B2B enterprise software PMM experience and a record of positioning and GTM strategies that deliver results.
• You connect products, data, workflows, and people to business outcomes, then turn complexity into a clear plan.
• You sharpen product stories without losing what sets them apart.
• You take ownership in ambiguity: align stakeholders, make a recommendation, and drive execution.
• You understand how enablement and marketing leaders set priorities, change behavior, and prove impact.
• You use customer insight and market trends to shape a point of view or advance a category
• You build GTM plays the field uses, measure results, and improve them.
• You use AI to improve the quality and scale of your work.
• You write and present credibly to customers, executives, product teams, and revenue teams.

What you'll be doing:

Define the platform story for marketing and enablement personas

• Turn Seismic’s product and platform narrative into differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for marketing and sales enablement personas.
• Use customer and market insight to connect Seismic and Highspot capabilities to the outcomes these leaders own, and influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Help define Seismic’s point of view on the future of enablement and how AI is changing the work.

Transform story into value, with best-in-class GTM Execution

• Own go-to-market strategy and execution for major product launches and releases translating new capabilities into a clear value story, coordinated GTM activities, field readiness, and measurable adoption and revenue goals.
• Identify and lead GTM execution with clear business goals, strategies, tactics, and measures of success, creating the assets that bring key plays to market, including sales decks, brochures, demos, customer proof, and competitive guidance.
• Equip field teams with differentiated messaging, sales plays, proof points, demos and competitive intelligence that translate product capabilities into customer value.
• Own GTM contribution to revenue goals, refining your approach based on performance data and field feedback.

Lead the market conversation

• Create thought leadership for marketing and enablement leaders, and partner across Marketing to bring it into campaigns, events, and practitioner communities.
• Represent your areas at customer events and field training, including Seismic’s annual customer conference. Bring what you learn from customers back into our story and GTM strategy.

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range. Seismic's salary range for this position is: USD $117,700.00/Yr. - USD $185,000.00/Yr.This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
