We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our commercial marketing engine. This is a dual-mandate role: you will own all marketing execution — campaigns, demand generation and pipeline growth across global markets — while simultaneously building and optimising the marketing technology ecosystem that makes it all possible.
You will sit at the centre of our revenue engine, working as a true commercial partner to Sales and Product, with accountability for both the quality of our go-to-market activity and the infrastructure that enables it to scale.

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our commercial marketing engine. Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution- Own the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events and ABM channels.
- Drive measurable pipeline contribution, with a relentless focus on commercial outcomes and revenue impact.
- Lead campaign strategy across global markets, ensuring consistency of message and effectiveness of execution.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to align go-to-market activity with commercial priorities and customer insight.
- Own and evolve the marketing technology ecosystem — CRM, automation platforms, analytics and data infrastructure.
- Build and optimise workflows that increase efficiency, improve data integrity and enable smarter go-to-market decision-making.
- Ensure systems, data and automation work together to support scalable, high-performing campaign execution.
- Develop and advance an AI-enabled marketing technology stack that drives greater efficiency, personalization, automation, and measurable business impact across the marketing organization.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required:
- A proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing functions in a B2B environment.
- Deep expertise across digital marketing, demand generation and performance channels.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered MarTech platforms and capabilities, including CRM (ideally Salesforce), AI-driven marketing automation, predictive analytics, intelligent attribution, and generative AI tools to optimize campaign performance, personalize customer engagement, and drive measurable marketing ROI.
- Strong commercial acumen and the credibility to operate as a strategic partner to Sales and product leadership.
- A bias for measurement — you set clear targets, track what matters, and use data to make decisions.
- Experience leading and developing teams across multiple geographies.
- The ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels — a builder as much as a director.
