Senior Performance Acquisition Lead - Cash Offer
About this role
iSpeedToLead is looking for a senior, hands-on acquisition leader to grow our Cash Offer brand and attract US homeowners who want to sell their property. You will own paid acquisition as one connected system — channels, budgets, messaging, creatives, landing pages and measurement. The goal is profitable growth in qualified seller leads, not cheaper clicks.
What you’ll own
Personally launch, manage and scale Google and Meta; develop TikTok; evaluate X and ChatGPT Ads where you can make a credible business case.
Allocate budget across channels, markets and audiences based on lead quality and commercial outcomes.
Turn seller insights into offers, creative briefs and landing-page tests together with our creative and development partners.
Connect campaign data to CRM and downstream outcomes (qualified leads, accepted and published leads, sales, refunds, realized revenue) and keep improving attribution.
Build a clear testing and reporting rhythm, and drive solutions independently.
What we’re looking for
Proven hands-on ownership of both Google and Meta, including multi-channel budget decisions — not agency oversight.
Successful US lead-generation experience. Motivated-seller and homeowner lead generation is especially relevant; home services, mortgage, insurance or lead marketplaces are also welcome.
Evidence of improving lead quality and business economics beyond platform CPL and ROAS.
Experience improving creative, landing pages and conversion flows with designers and developers, validated through tracking and CRM data.
Fast learning and independent execution, comfortable with AI and automation, and aware of platform policy and privacy constraints.
Clear professional English and genuine end-to-end ownership.
TikTok experience is a strong advantage.
How success is measured
More qualified, commercially valuable seller leads at a sustainable acquisition cost, with positive contribution after acquisition costs and downstream quality and refund effects. We look at the combined result across channels, not a single platform metric.

Establish a performance baseline and agree targets.
Prioritize and ship campaign, creative and funnel improvements.
Show which channel and market combinations deserve investment, with an evidence-backed scaling plan.
