Senior Officer - Marketing (B2B)

Role Introduction

The incumbent will be responsible for executing and optimizing the B2B marketing strategies and programs to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness for the company's products and services. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain B2B marketing collateral, promotional materials, and brand assets, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Lead the end-to-end development of creative projects by coordinating with external agencies and internal design teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
• To generate qualified leads and manage lead capture and enquiries through forms, CRM and digital channels.
• Coordinate award submissions, speaking opportunities, and sponsorship participation with external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and industry presence.
• To coordinate the planning and logistics of B2B events, webinars, and trade shows, etc.
• To plan and execute marketing communications, including content development and brand activations, to drive engagement.
• To formulate in-venue corporate visitors engagement activities and execute on-site or off-site as required.
• To serve as a brand advocate in strengthening and upholding brand identity across all touchpoints.
• To analyse marketing performance data and provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
• To collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation.
• To monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
• To assist in the development and implementation of the overall B2B marketing strategy.
• To support to team related administrative tasks and logistics as required.
• To perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related disciplines.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, advertising or event management.
• Proficient in using marketing automation, Marketing Cloud / Salesforce, and analytics tools.
• Strong eye for corporate design, ensuring consistent brand alignment across all marketing and communication materials.
• Excellence communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing execution and content creation as needed.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, and able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and positive working attitude.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
