Senior Marketing Manager (B2B)
About this role
Role: Build and own Radity's demand generation, from positioning and content to inbound pipeline that sales can close, and grow into the Head of Marketing role.
Experience: You have created inbound pipeline for B2B IT services, software development or consulting, typically with about 5+ years in B2B marketing.
English: C1 or higher
Contract: Full-time, indefinite B2B contract with Radity; you invoice Radity monthly in USD.
Location: Remote from Türkiye, Ukraine, the rest of Europe and Latin America
Core hours: 09:00–18:00 CET, with evening overlap with US clients
The company
Radity is a Swiss-based software engineering company of 70+ people, fully remote and working mostly with US clients, many in insurance. It is founder-managed, focused on quality and long-term partnerships, and sells high-ticket IT services. Marketing is at an early stage, with no legacy constraints. The next step is a demand generation function that brings in qualified pipeline and grows into a marketing team.
You work directly with the founders and report to the CEO. This is not a pure content or social media role: you own demand generation, connect marketing to business outcomes and build the function over time.
What you'll do
- Build and run a content-led demand generation strategy.
- Create case studies, landing pages and core website content from Radity's project work.
- Grow Radity's LinkedIn presence, on the company page and the founders' profiles.
- Improve the website's structure, messaging and SEO to raise organic traffic and conversion.
- Give sales stronger materials, messaging and proof to shorten sales cycles.
- Stay hands-on in campaigns and experiments, and manage freelancers as the team grows.
What you bring
- B2B content and case studies you created, with the results they drove.
- Inbound leads or pipeline you grew, with numbers.
- Clear positioning and messaging for a technical B2B offer.
- Hands-on execution combined with clear choices about priorities.
- SEO and website optimization with measured gains.
- LinkedIn marketing for a company page or personal brands.
- Strong written and spoken English for US buyers.
Nice to have: insurtech or fintech; work with founders or leadership teams; a marketing function built from scratch; AI tools in content and marketing work.
Not for you if you want a pure content or social media role, or prefer strategy without hands-on execution.
