Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Manager – SAP Transformation to help drive the continued growth of our SAP consulting business in North America.
This is a senior client-facing role combining SAP end-to-end transformation leadership, program management, solution architecture, pre-sales and go-to-market activities and act as a proposal team lead. The successful candidate will bring deep SAP functional and end-to-end process expertise, experience leading complex SAP transformation programs, and a strong understanding of the market and customer landscape.
The role does not initially include direct reports. However, as the business grows, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and develop a team and help shape the growth of the practice.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have gained experience across multiple industries and can bring a broader perspective beyond a single sector.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Transformation & Program Leadership
Lead and oversee complex, full life-cycle SAP transformation programs, including SAP M&A and SAP S/4HANA initiatives (Greenfield, Brownfield or SDT – Selective Data Transition).
Take responsibility for large SAP engagements and programs with significant scope, complexity, and commercial impact.
Manage program delivery across scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, quality, and customer expectations.
Serve as a senior point of contact for customers throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Lead executive-level customer discussions, steering committees, program reviews, and escalation management.
Translate business objectives into SAP transformation roadmaps and executable programs.
Ensure successful coordination across functional, technical, business, and project teams.
Solution & Functional Leadership
Bring strong SAP functional expertise combined with end-to-end business process knowledge.
Understand dependencies across SAP functional areas and their impact on the overall business transformation.
Apply previous experience as a Functional Lead, Lead Consultant, Solution/Lead Architect, or similar role to complex customer environments.

Manage SAP programs and customer engagements contributing toward approximately $5M+ in annual revenue responsibility.
Manage project financials, commercial performance, resource requirements, scope changes, and delivery commitments
Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and generate additional consulting business.
Sales, Customer Development & Go-to-Market
Develop and maintain senior-level customer relationships and leverage an established professional network to create new business opportunities.
Actively contribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution.
Support and lead customer presentations, proposals, solution development, estimates, and sales pursuits.
Identify opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts.
Partner with sales and consulting leadership to develop new customers and expand strategic accounts
Practice Leadership
Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and actively contribute to building and expanding the SAP consulting practice.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary SAP consulting teams across functional, technical, and data disciplines.
Provide guidance to Project Managers, Solution Architects, Stream Leads, and consultants.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10–12 years of SAP consulting experience, preferably within a recognized SAP consulting or professional services organization.
Strong consulting background with progression from a functional SAP role into Functional Lead, Lead Architect, Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar leadership responsibilities.
Demonstrated experience leading full life-cycle SAP transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA programs.
Demonstrate prior responsibility for multiple large SAP projects or programs, including at least 3 large projects/programs valued at $2M+.
Demonstrated responsibility for major customer engagements and the ability to manage a portfolio or programs representing approximately $5M+ in annual revenue.
Strong program and project management capabilities, including scope, budget, resources, risk, governance, and executive stakeholder management.
Strong functional SAP expertise in areas such as Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related core business processes.
Strong end-to-end process knowledge extending beyond an individual SAP module across the full process landscape.
Understanding and experience with at least 2 of the relevant SAP transition scenarios (Brownfield, Greenfield, and Selective Data Transition)
Experience contributing to sales, presales, and GTM activities.
Established customer and market relationships with the ability to support new customer acquisition and account growth.
Strong customer-facing, presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping build and grow a consulting practice.

Experience with SAP transformation methodologies and complex S/4HANA transformation environments.
