The opportunity

The Senior Manager, Digital Experience & Growth owns the performance and continuous improvement of Protecht’s global website and digital experience, ensuring we effectively attract, engage and convert target buyers.

Working across marketing functions, this is a hands-on individual contributor role spanning website strategy and execution, buyer journeys, CRO, search and digital performance. The role combines technical digital expertise with strong commercial judgment to ensure Protecht’s digital experience contributes meaningfully to qualified demand, pipeline and growth.

What you'll do

Website & Digital Experience

• Own Protecht's global website roadmap, day-to-day management and continuous improvement.
• Translate company and Marketing objectives into website priorities, experiences and conversion paths.
• Develop and optimize buyer journeys across key audiences, solutions, campaigns and stages of the buying process.
• Identify opportunities to improve how visitors discover, understand and engage with Protecht.
• Ensure the website evolves alongside Protecht's positioning, platform story and go-to-market priorities.

Website Management & Technical Execution

• Manage and execute website updates, including pages, landing pages, forms, navigation, campaign experiences and other digital assets.
• Own the CMS and coordinate technical development or external resources where required.
• Maintain strong standards for site performance, usability, accessibility, tracking and overall digital experience.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure forms, tracking, integrations and data flows support effective lead capture and measurement.
• Manage website-related agencies, developers or specialist partners as needed.

Conversion & Growth

• Own the website conversion strategy and continually improve paths from visitor to meaningful buyer action.
• Develop and manage a structured CRO and experimentation program across key pages, journeys, forms and calls to action.
• Use behavioral, intent and performance data to identify friction, opportunities and changing buyer behavior.
• Recommend and execute retargeting, paid amplification or other digital tactics where they support defined campaign and commercial objectives.
• Connect digital activity to measurable outcomes including engagement, qualified demand, pipeline contribution and conversion.

Search & Discoverability

• Partner closely with Content and external SEO/GEO specialists to improve Protecht's visibility across traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery.
• Translate SEO/GEO recommendations into technical, structural and on-page website improvements.
• Ensure website architecture supports topic authority, buyer discovery and Protecht's strategic market positioning.
• Use search and website intelligence to help inform content priorities and digital experiences.

Performance & Optimization

• Define and own the measures of website and digital performance, aligned to Marketing OKRs and tied to pipeline contribution.
• Analyze website behavior, conversion, acquisition sources and campaign performance to pinpoint what's driving or blocking demand, and turn findings into prioritized action.
• Run a disciplined test-learn-optimize cadence that keeps the website evolving as a commercial asset, not a static corporate property.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to connect website activity to downstream funnel and pipeline outcomes, so digital impact is measured in revenue terms.
• Report candidly to Marketing leadership and stakeholders on what's working, what isn't and what needs to change, and drive those changes through.

What you'll bring

• 6+ years of experience across digital, website management or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated experience owning a B2B website end-to-end, including roadmap, optimization, conversion performance and hands-on execution.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS/Content Hub, including building and managing pages, landing pages, forms, templates and website content.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and sufficient technical fluency to troubleshoot and execute routine website changes independently; deeper development expertise is not required.
• Strong experience with CRO, buyer journeys, web analytics and experimentation, with working knowledge of SEO/GEO, paid digital and how these connect to measurable conversion and pipeline.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in GRC, risk, cybersecurity, enterprise software or another complex B2B technology environment
• Familiarity with intent data, account identification, personalization and ABM technologies
• Practical experience with SEO/GEO/AEO, paid search/social and emerging AI applications for digital experience and optimization
• Experience operating across global markets in a lean, high-growth or PE-backed environment
