What you will do

The Senior Manager, Compliance PMO is responsible for leading the project management office across the global Compliance department to ensure the department effectively enables Stryker’s business results and manages risk. In leading the project management function, this position partners with the global Compliance leadership team to drive strategic work in support of short- and long-term priorities, vision, and strategy. This position utilizes an effective project management framework to accelerate implementation of the strategy and goals with efficient and reliable planning and execution and works across the department to set the annual projects and cadence. This position must multi-task in a fast-paced environment, influence and work effectively with senior leaders across the organization, and maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
