In this role, you will serve as a trusted client partner, helping turn complex marketing and sales performance into clear direction, practical next steps, and meaningful progress for a portfolio of B2B clients.

Responsibilities

Analyze marketing and sales data to identify needed changes and opportunities for improvement.
Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
Drive measurable progress and performance improvement for each client account.
Build strong client relationships and lead video calls to resolve challenges.
Communicate effectively with different types of B2B leaders and stakeholders.
Delegate work and review deliverables to help maintain quality.
Manage daily communications across multiple client accounts.

Requirements

5+ years of B2B client account management experience.
Hands-on experience with SEMrush, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience using HubSpot Sales Hub and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Proven ability to build client relationships and manage daily communications across at least 10 client accounts.
Availability during Central Time business hours.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment is a plus.
