Job Responsibilities

Performing 360 degree consultant by maintaining and developing strong client relationships; providing excellent customer service and superior candidate profiles.
Pitching new business and cultivating long-term, trustworthy relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Getting to know key players in your industry and building strong professional networks to find suitable candidates.
Using sourcing strategies, cold calling, and networking tools to identify and recruit passive candidates.
Consult with a large network of candidates who have immediate and long-term career needs.
As the primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates, you will advise hiring managers during the assessment and evaluation of candidates.
