Working closely with the Tech Lead, Product Manager, and wider Product & Engineering team, you’ll take ownership of features and technical initiatives, contribute to technical decisions, and help raise the bar for engineering quality across the team.

Beyond your own delivery, you’ll help strengthen our engineering culture through mentoring, code quality practices, knowledge sharing, and thoughtful use of AI in the development workflow.

Within 3 months, you’ll be fully comfortable with our engineering workflows and technical stack, understand how our main applications fit together, and be able to independently scope, implement, test, and ship features.
