The Senior Fellows Program Manageris responsible forthe strategic development, execution, and continuous improvement of Abbott Structural Heart's fellowship engagement and education programs. This role serves as the primary leader for initiatives designed to educate, engage, and develop the next generation of structural heart physicians while enhancing awareness and understanding of Abbott Structural Heart therapies.
Working closely with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical, R&D, and global education teams, this individual willleadcurriculum strategy, program execution, stakeholder engagement, and program effectiveness. The role will partner with U.S. and international stakeholders to develop standardizededucational content, program frameworks, and best practices, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment across fellowsprogramming.
This position requires strong leadership, program management, and cross-functional collaboration skills to integrate with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, teaching institutions, and physician leaders. The Senior Fellows Program Manager will oversee all aspects of fellowsprogramming, including strategic planning, curriculum development, compliance oversight, budget management, and continuous improvement to deliver impactful educational experiences and measurable outcomes.This position is U.S. based.
What You'll Work On
Lead the strategy, development, execution, and continuous improvement of Abbott Structural Heart's Fellows Program and physician education initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and global counterparts to drive program alignment, communication, collaboration, and implementation.
Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Commercial and R&D teams to ensure educational programs meet evolving physician learning needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate forfellowsprogram and education needs across cross-functional teamsandtoinnovative educational content.
Develop andmaintainstandardized curricula, educational content, program frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Build alignment among global stakeholders, including Training, R&D, Clinical Science, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Key Opinion Leaders, oneducational strategy, programs, and content.
Lead strategic planning to develop educational programs that support fellow and early-career physician development and learningobjectives.
Oversee all aspects of fellows programming, including curriculum development, content creation, simulation-based learning, local and event-based training, and educational experiences.
Present program strategy, progress, and performance updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage program budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and operational execution.
Monitor and analyze program performance, participant feedback, and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and inform future programming.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development support for direct and dotted-line team members.
Ensure program quality, compliance, and achievement of established fellow program goals and KPIs.
RequiredQualifications
Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of related work experience with a good understanding ofspecifiedfunctional area or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
PreferredQualifications
Ten years of relevant work experience with strong project management.
Direct experience working with physician customers.
Experience working with physicians, fellows, academic medical centers, and teaching institutions preferred.
A clinical background and/or strong clinical knowledge and aptitude.
Strong communicationskills. Ability to work with several levels within the organization and in cross functional teams.
Solid understanding and application of business concepts, procedures, and practices.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
Ability to travel to support fellowship programming and educational events.
Required travel of50-60%

The base pay for this position is
$113,300.00 – $226,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
