The projected compensation range for this position is $117,000.00-$195,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Data Quality and Governance Analyst to join our team. The position is remote with the possibility of occasional client site travel that will differ from engagement to engagement but is expected to be 10% or less.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Governance Framework: Champion and direct the operationalization of the governance framework and council to align enterprise efforts with strategic objectives while institutionalizing best practices across the data, analytics, and AI lifecycle.
- Strategic Working Groups: Establish and facilitate cross-functional working groups to execute council objectives, establishing strong oversight for access controls, data privacy, policy development, and organizational training.
- Standards and Procedures: Spearhead the design, deployment, and ongoing governance of enterprise data standards and operating procedures to maintain consistency across the organization.
- Data Stewardship Program: Oversee launch, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise data stewardship program, empowering domain experts to take ownership of data quality within their respective business areas and data assets.
- Data Quality Management: Lead the strategic development and implementation of data quality frameworks, driving continuous monitoring and directing cross-business efforts to resolve critical data issues.
- Education and Literacy: Drive the strategy for enterprise data literacy, steering the development and rollout of targeted training and curricula to advance organizational data competencies, including data stewardship training and the greater data literacy program.
- AI/ML Capability Coaching: Design and oversee a tailored coaching framework for assigned Government personnel, coordinating targeted enablement programs in AI/ML and data pipeline development to build internal technical proficiency.
- Systems and Tooling: Oversee the architecture, rollout, and administration of modern data governance tooling, leveraging automation, cataloging, and quality monitoring to scale capabilities.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure overall program impact, leveraging executive dashboards to track data health and report improvement trends to leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 12+ years’ project management experience
- 8+ years’ experience delivering solutions and tools that address data management and analytics challenges (e.g., data strategy, data governance, data architecture, data warehouse, data lake, data science, AI strategy)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience working for a public sector customer or in the public sector
- Data management certification (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional)
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, SAFe Agilist)
- Experience working with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst tool and/or SQL
- Experience with change management techniques
- Experience with training development
- Experience working within an AWS environment
- Experience with Department of Defense clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess US citizenship and a current Secret level clearance or higher

- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
