Join Target Group as a Senior Data Analyst and play a central role in protecting data quality across day-to-day services and client migrations. • Analyse and resolve complex data queries across existing portfolios and new client migrations, communicating findings clearly to business and technical audiences.
• Guide projects through the migration lifecycle, from refining requirements and implementation planning to dress rehearsals and go-live activity.
• Reconcile, profile and validate data during onboarding, ensuring stakeholders understand findings that could affect migration or ongoing servicing.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and internal teams as the servicing data expert, contributing to workshops, meetings and bid responses.
• Improve data-quality tools, reporting and controls to identify issues and strengthen processes.
• Develop reliable automated solutions that reduce manual effort, processing time, errors and operational risk.
