What you'll do

As a Senior Business Development Representative, your primary mission is to create qualified sales opportunities for our commercial team.

You will proactively identify, engage, and nurture prospects across NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, and other healthcare organizations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Generating high-quality outbound leads through targeted prospecting activities

• Building and executing strategic outreach campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Identifying key decision makers and understanding their challenges and priorities

• Qualifying opportunities and managing the early stages of the sales process

• Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Marketing to maximize pipeline creation

• Conducting market research to identify new growth opportunities

• Maintaining accurate prospect and activity data within our CRM

• Representing LOGEX professionally in meetings, conferences, and industry events

• Consistently achieving and exceeding pipeline generation targets

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who is highly motivated, commercially driven, and passionate about creating opportunities.

You have:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a similar outbound sales role

• A proven track record of generating pipeline and booking meetings with senior stakeholders

• Strong prospecting and outreach skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities

• Experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Outreach or similar platforms

• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

• A structured and data-driven approach to sales development

• Fluency in English

Experience within healthcare, SaaS, health technology, data analytics, or consulting environments is considered a strong advantage.
