Job Summary
CXM is looking for a results-driven Account Executive to develop and grow our business in the Azerbaijan market. The Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients, developing business relationships, driving net deposits and trading activity, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Azerbaijan market.
- Acquire, onboard and maintain relationships with retail and/or institutional clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
- Promote CXM's products, trading solutions and services to prospective clients.
- Drive client acquisition, net deposits, trading volume and overall revenue growth.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide ongoing commercial support.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business partners.
- Work closely with the Team Leader and internal departments to support client onboarding and account requirements.
- Meet assigned daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs and sales targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of CXM products, financial markets and the competitive landscape.
- Represent CXM professionally at meetings, industry events and other business-development activities when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Forex/CFD, financial services, brokerage sales or business development is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of financial markets and online trading products.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Azerbaijan market and ability to develop local business relationships.
- Azerbaijani and English required; Russian would be an advantage.
Performance for CXM Account Executives is assessed against quantitative and qualitative KPIs, including net-deposit performance, with compensation linked to the applicable AE performance and compensation framework.
