AtNexerCzechRepublic,wearecurrentlylookingforanexperiencedSeniorBusinessConsultanttojoinaninternationalteamdeliveringbusiness-criticalITsolutionsforgloballogisticsandfreight-forwardingoperations.

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, consolidating, and transforming business requirements into clear requirements, user stories, and epics for developmentteams.Youwillworkcloselywithbusinessstakeholders,projectmanagers,architects,anddevelopmentteamstoensuresuccessfuldeliveryofsoftwareprojectsusingbothAgile(Scrum)andWaterfallmethodologies.

Inaddition,youwillhelpshapebestpracticesinrequirementsmanagement,mentorjuniorcolleagues,anddrivecontinuousimprovementacrossprojects.

Tasks

Gather,analyze,anddocumentbusinessrequirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, andepics.
Supportprojectinitiationactivities,includingeffortestimationandsolutiondefinition.
Facilitateworkshops,requirementclarificationsessions,andstakeholdermeetings.
CollaboratecloselywithProjectManagers,Architects,Developers,andbusinessstakeholders.
Ownandmaintainrequirementsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
ManageandmaintaindocumentationinJiraandConfluence.
Monitorscopechangesandassesstheirimpactonprojectdelivery.
Supportrisk,dependency,andissuemanagement.
Contributetodatamodeldesignandsolutiondefinition.
SupportUX/UIdiscussionsandpreparelow-fidelitywireframeswhenrequired.
PromoteefficientuseofAItoolsandagentsinday-to-daywork.
Coachandmentorjuniorconsultants.
Contributetointernaltrainingsandconsultingbestpractices.

RequiredSkills

Based in Czechia
Advanced spoken and written EN communications skills (level B2 (Upper-Intermediate)/C1 (Advanced))
University degree in any field (preferred is computer science or business administration)
Strong experience with MS Office usage (especially DOC, XLS, PPT, MPP)
Practical experience & knowledge of Agile project management (SCRUM method)
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Strong negotiating skills & emotional intelligence
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to understand and cooperate on UX/UI; ability to prepare at minimum low fidelity wireframes for parts of UI.
Skills to use AI tools and agents to work in a more efficient way
