Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Networking
- Identify and target key leaders in the fintech sector.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to build and expand your professional network.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders, and decision-makers.
Partnership Development
- Collaborate with identified leaders to establish strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Create compelling proposals and pitch presentations to engage potential partners.
- Negotiate terms and agreements that align with the company's objectives.
Pipeline Management
- Maintain a well-organized and updated pipeline of potential leaders for acquisition.
- Track and report progress on leads, opportunities, and partnership negotiations.
- Provide regular updates to the leadership team on acquisition efforts and results.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment with acquisition strategies.
- Share insights and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the acquisition process.
Market Research and Analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform acquisition strategies.
- Provide market insights to internal teams to shape product and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the fintech industry 1-2 years.
- Strong knowledge of the fintech sector, including industry trends and key players.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
