Senior Algo Engineer

Description

We are seeking for a Senior Algorithm engineer ( Quant Developer).
In this rule you will build and validate trading algorithms end-to-end for our customers. The ideal candidate comes from a bank's trading desk or a hedge fund and already knows how bank-grade execution and pricing algorithms work in production.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a quant developer or algorithm engineer at an investment bank, hedge fund, prop trading or market-making firm.
• Hands-on experience building and running bank or fund trading algorithms in production
• Strong understanding of FX.
• Solid knowledge of market microstructure, order types, exchange/venue mechanics and the order lifecycle.
• Expert programming in C++ - advantage
• Proven experience in backtesting, simulation and statistical validation of algorithm results.
• Experience defining test strategy and working closely with QA teams on trading systems focus in algo integrity and robustness in market conditions
• B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.
• Fluent English
• Based in Europe
