Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager is central to client success and business growth at Mynt. Sitting at the heart of client delivery, this role supports day-to-day execution, shapes strategy, builds performance narratives, and ensures campaigns deliver against key business objectives.

You'll partner closely with Account Leadership, Media, Analytics, Finance, Creative, and Operations to translate strategy into measurable outcomes across Linear TV, CTV/OTT, Audio, Digital Video, and omnichannel media. The ideal candidate is both a sharp executional operator and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Note: This is not a purely executional role. It's a high-impact position that bridges strategy and execution, contributing directly to client retention, growth, and operational excellence.

Campaign Execution & Performance

• Own day-to-day management of key/select client campaigns across TV, CTV, Audio, and omnichannel media

• Partner and support Account Director, Media, and Analytics teams to ensure flawless execution and optimization

• Monitor performance against KPIs including ROAS, CPA, LTV, conversion metrics, and brand lift

• Proactively identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments

• Support testing roadmaps, measurement strategies, and performance learnings

Client Leadership & Communication

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact and/or key support partner on assigned clients

• Deliver weekly reporting, performance updates, and strategic insights

• Contribute data-driven recommendations to monthly business reviews and QBRs

• Maintain responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism across all client communications

• Build client relationships rooted in trust, performance, and strategic value

Strategy & Performance Thinking

• Partner with Account Director, Media, and Analytics leadership to refine media strategies and guide campaign execution

• Translate campaign data into actionable business insights and recommendations

• Build performance narratives that connect media investment to business outcomes

• Inform media, creative, and messaging decisions based on campaign performance and consumer behavior

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a key liaison across Account Management, Media, Analytics, Finance, Creative, Onboarding, and Leadership

• Drive alignment on goals, deliverables, timelines, pacing, billing, and reporting

• Facilitate internal communication to keep campaigns running efficiently

• Support new business pitches and onboarding as needed

Account Growth & Retention

• Identify opportunities for account growth, optimization, and expanded investment

• Inform recommendations around budget allocation, scaling, and new channel opportunities

• Strengthen long-term partnerships through strong execution and strategic insight

Operational Excellence

• Support smooth client transitions from Sales to Account Management

• Maintain accurate campaign documentation, reporting, pacing, and billing records

• Refine and uphold Mynt's Account Management processes and best practices

• Contribute to improving workflows, collaboration, and operational efficiency
