Role overview
We are hiring Senior Account Executives for inbound and outbound sales opportunities. You will help real estate investors understand our platform, choose the right solution for their budget, and become long-term customers.
In an inbound role, you will work with warm leads and meetings generated by our marketing team and AI callers. In an outbound role, you will build relationships with investors through proactive outreach. Across both, you will own your pipeline, follow up consistently, and grow revenue from new and existing customers.
This is a remote, full-time role working US hours. Strong performers can grow into management, build teams, and help shape how we sell.
Responsibilities
Run discovery calls and product demos with real estate investors; understand their goals and recommend a solution that fits their needs and budget.
Convert booked meetings, new sign-ups, and warm leads into customers through timely calls, texts, and emails.
Generate additional meetings through proactive outreach and disciplined follow-up.
Close on the first call when appropriate, or agree on a clear next step and follow through.
Develop existing accounts through regular check-ins, relevant upsells, and lasting customer relationships.
Maintain consistent follow-up while respecting opt-outs and customer preferences.
Keep accurate CRM records for every meeting, deal, and follow-up, and report on activity and results daily.
Meet and exceed revenue targets, and apply coaching and feedback to improve your performance.
Requirements
Strong motivation to sell, close business, and deliver measurable results.
Ability to build trust quickly, understand customer needs, and communicate product value clearly.
Proactive pipeline ownership and consistent follow-through from first contact to a clear outcome.
Openness to direct feedback and the ability to put it into practice quickly.
Confidence working remotely, managing your calendar, and taking responsibility for your results.
Availability to work US hours.
Nice to have
Knowledge of real estate investing, wholesaling, proptech, or lead generation. Real estate experience is helpful but is not required; we provide training.
Compensation
First-year on-target earnings (OTE): $120,000–$150,000, including base salary and commission.
Top performers earn $200,000+ annually.
Competitive base salary, negotiable based on experience.
Uncapped revenue-based commission, paid every two weeks.
Our current top representative averages more than $13,000 per month in commission, in addition to base salary.
