About the Role

You will be the first account executive in a young AI driven B2B SaaS startup, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and shaping our go-to-market approach alongside the founders. Your work directly impacts revenue and the company's trajectory.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end sales process from outbound prospecting through to negotiation and close.
Act as your own SDR to build a robust enterprise pipeline and pursue outbound opportunities.
Manage multi-stakeholder deals involving executives and procurement teams.
Partner with founders to refine ICPs, test messaging, and build foundational sales processes.
Translate customer pain points into actionable product and business insights for teams across the company.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing complex enterprise deals
Hunter mentality with success generating leads and building pipeline from scratch
Comfort working in a fast paced, ambiguous startup environment with strong problem solving
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience selling into HR, Finance, or AI domains is a strong plus
Authorized to work in the United States
