Self-Serve Product Manager - ElevenCreative
About this role
About ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
How we work
High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
What we offer
Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We're hiring a Self-Serve PM to own the core ElevenCreative product experience for creators and marketers who sign up, subscribe, and build on their own. Self-serve users make up the majority of ElevenCreative's user base, and they use the platform to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
You'll own self-serve revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative, and use every lever available to move them. That includes how users discover what ElevenCreative can do, how they move from a first generation into agents, video, and multi-step creative workflows, and what keeps them coming back and upgrading. There's no shortage of things we could build. The job is defining the big bets, scoping them well, and shipping them quickly with the team.
PMs at ElevenLabs work in small, highly collaborative teams with minimal process, alongside engineers who have room to build creatively and lead. The scope is broad by design. Some weeks lean toward product, others toward growth or go-to-market work, and you'll own whatever it takes to make ElevenCreative the best product for its users.
What you'll do
Own self-serve revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative, pulling on product, pricing, onboarding, lifecycle, and go-to-market levers to drive results
Scope and define the big bets for the self-serve product across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows
Find the biggest opportunities in the user journey through product data and user behavior, and turn them into clearly scoped projects
Drive adoption of newer experiences like agents and video, helping users expand from a single product into the full platform
Work with engineering and design to ship quickly, mocking up early concepts yourself when it speeds things up
Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches and the moments that bring users into new parts of the product
Define success metrics for your area and track activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans
Talk to creators and marketers regularly to understand how they work and where the product falls short, and bring those insights back to the team
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products
A track record of owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes and driving them across multiple levers
Deep familiarity with the creative space and the creators and marketers who use these tools, with a habit of bringing user insights into every product decision
Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end
Design-minded, with a high bar for quality and user experience and the ability to mock up concepts yourself
Technical fluency to go deep with engineers on how things are built and the tradeoffs involved
Strong analytical skills and comfort in product analytics tools to find opportunities and measure impact
A track record of shipping quickly and iterating based on what the data shows
Ownership pedigree, meaning you drive your own projects fully rather than handing off after the spec
Curiosity about AI and creative tools, and close attention to how the space is moving
