Key Responsibilities

Password & Credential Management
- Manage, reset, and update passwords and credentials across key business tools (1Password, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, AWS, etc.)
- Ensure all credentials are securely stored and rotated according to internal security protocols.

- Add, remove, and modify user access and permissions across various systems.
- Maintain appropriate access controls based on user roles and department needs.

Security Ticket Resolution
- Respond to and resolve security-related support requests in a timely manner.
- Perform hands-on system changes as needed and escalate complex issues to the Security Director.

- Set up accounts for new employees and revoke access for departing team members in accordance with security policies.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding experience while maintaining strict security compliance.

- Monitor systems for unusual or suspicious activity.
- Report and escalate potential security incidents to the Security Director.

- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all access changes, credential updates, and security-related actions.
- Support internal audits and compliance checks by ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements
- IT administration, user access management, or related security operations
- Authentication methods, account provisioning, and access control best practices
- Managing systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, AWS, or 1Password
- Maintaining organized and detailed documentation
- Handling sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and escalation procedures
- A computer with dual monitor setup is required
- Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
- Camera with at least 1080p resolution
