About this role

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to build a predictable flow of qualified B2B leads across English-speaking markets. You will design and run outbound campaigns, qualify prospects and hand them to our sales team ready for a meaningful conversation. This is not a list-building role: we expect you to turn lead generation into a measurable, automated system that shortens the sales cycle and drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify and engage B2B leads across English-speaking markets.
Build targeted lead lists based on ICP hypotheses and market segmentation.
Design and launch multichannel outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
Handle inbound replies, manage objections and book qualified meetings.
Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team with full context.
Track key funnel metrics and run A/B tests on messaging, sequences and targeting.
Optimize and automate lead generation processes using outreach and data tools.
Share market feedback with sales and marketing to refine positioning and ICP.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales in English-speaking markets.
Proven track record of designing and executing lead generation strategies aligned with business goals, backed by real cases and numbers.
Hands-on experience with email and LinkedIn outreach automation tools (e.g. Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Sales Navigator, Expandi or similar).
Ability to build hypothesis-driven lead lists and segment target audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of how organizations are structured, who makes buying decisions, and current trends in IT.
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of key lead generation metrics.
Ability to optimize and automate lead generation workflows.
English at B2+ to C1 level.
