Why This Role Matters
You will enable Agile delivery teams to work predictably, collaboratively and with a clear focus on value. As an experienced Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery impediments and support continuous improvement in a SAFe environment. You will partner closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen team maturity, align delivery to programme objectives and help teams deliver meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach delivery teams on Scrum, Agile principles and SAFe practices to improve delivery predictability and team maturity.
• Support Programme Increment planning, including dependency management, risk identification and alignment to programme objectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, prioritised product backlogs and clearly defined user stories.
• Identify, track and remove impediments affecting team performance or delivery timelines.
• Monitor and communicate delivery health, including sprint progress, velocity, capacity, risks, dependencies and delivery metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives and measurable process enhancements.
• Strengthen collaboration across development, QA, product, architecture and business teams.
• Maintain Agile delivery artefacts in Azure DevOps, including boards, dashboards, reports and work item tracking.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or in a related Agile delivery role.
• Strong experience applying Scrum and Agile delivery practices within software or technology teams.
• Experience working in a SAFe environment, including Programme Increment planning and cross-team dependency management.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps experience, including backlog management, sprint boards, dashboards, queries, reporting and work item tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, resolve impediments and guide teams through change.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience partnering with Product Owners and technical teams to improve backlog readiness and sprint execution.

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master certification, such as PSM, CSM or SAFe Scrum Master.
• SAFe certification, such as SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams or Agile Release Trains.
• Familiarity with Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown or burnup, cycle time, lead time and predictability.
• Experience supporting enterprise software delivery, DevOps, cloud or digital transformation programmes.
