About the Role
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to design, implement, and support integration solutions across SuccessFactors, SAP, and third-party systems.
The role combines hands-on technical expertise with client-facing consulting. You will work closely with clients, functional consultants, architects, and project teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP, and third-party systems.
Develop and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI).
Deliver SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) implementations.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across project and AMS environments.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and contribute to integration standards and documentation.
Requirements
Must Have
5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
Experience with SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) implementations.
Good understanding of integration concepts, mappings, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Good communication and client-facing skills.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Experience with ECP technical setup.
