About this role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages a large SAP HCM and ABAP offshore delivery team performing application development and maintenance activities on client systems
TO QUALIFY:
- Ensure the offshore delivery team meets outsourced service commitments to the client
- Maintain client satisfaction
- Resolve issues that affect demand scope, quality, schedule, budget, and resources
- Manage demand, resources, user relationship, performance, and changes to the team
- Drive future growth of the delivery team
- Manage the operational and financial performance of the project
- Manage day-to-day relationships with teaming partners and suppliers
- Facilitate the identification of process improvements
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
- 5 years experience in IT project management and/or application maintenance in SAP
- Strong people management skills; ideally at least 5 years experience in managing large teams
- Experience in a multi-national, multi-disciplinary, virtual team environment
- Experience in client and/or service management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural environment
- Solid work experience in functional and technical components of SAP HCM
- Knowledgeable in SAP ABAP programming
- PMP- and/or ITIL-certified
