Drive AI-augmented SDLC practices, establishing quality standards and measuring improvements in delivery efficiency and productivity
Ensure platform governance, security, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and long-term platform health
Partner with business, product, and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentoring across onshore and offshore teams, supporting Agile delivery, testing, and overall engineering quality

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a minimum of 4 years in a Salesforce Architect capacity
Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and Salesforce platform internals
Proven expertise in enterprise integration architecture using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware patterns)
Strong data engineering background including data modeling, ETL/ELT design, large-scale migrations, and data quality governance
Demonstrated daily use of Generative AI and Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context with measurable productivity outcomes
Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-org DevOps tooling
