Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce applications, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
- Partner with Product Owners and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data-management processes.
- Manage Salesforce security, including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and user access.
- Perform data imports, updates, cleansing, validation, and ongoing data quality management.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver Salesforce initiatives within defined timelines.
- Provide documentation, user support, and guidance on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to continuously improve Salesforce processes and user experience.
Requirements
•7+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
•Experience working in Agile environments with Product Owners and development teams.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and automation tools.
•Experience with reports, dashboards, security models, and data management.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
