Job Responsibilities

Generate leads and sales opportunities for the company
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to messages through platforms such as Google and Yelp
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers as needed
Educate customers on company services, products, and treatment options
Assist in resolving customer concerns and retention-related issues
Build and maintain positive, professional customer relationships
Maintain a high level of customer service and 5-Star communication standards
Stay up to date on company services, procedures, and policies
Work collaboratively with team members and management

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have previous sales and customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Strong phone etiquette and communication tonality
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable learning and working within multiple computer systems
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Experience in selling Pest Control services and knowledge of Field Routes software preferred
