About the Role

As a Sales Intake Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a friendly and informed introduction to our firm. You’ll support them from their initial inquiry all the way to a formal consultation with one of our experienced attorneys. Your professionalism, empathy, and clear communication will help establish a positive and lasting attorney-client relationship.

What You’ll Do Every Day

Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent Michael & Associates with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call.
Handle High-Volume Calls with Precision: Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations.
Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of sales experience in a call center environment. Please ensure your relevant sales experience is clearly reflected on your resume.
We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
