Job Purpose and Role

We are seeking a Sales Representative to support the growth of our cloud-based software platform designed for psychiatry and behavioral health practices. This role is responsible for identifying prospective customers, presenting the product, and closing new subscription-based accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and engage psychiatrists, therapists, and behavioral health practices
Educate prospective clients on Psychiatry-Cloud’s features, benefits, and value proposition
Conduct product demos and sales presentations (training provided)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads consistently
Close new subscription-based SaaS accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
- Healthcare
- SaaS
- Telehealth
- Medical or digital health services
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure
Self-motivated with strong time-management and follow-through skills
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to psychiatrists, therapists, or healthcare practices
Familiarity with:
- Healthcare SaaS
- EHR, practice management, or clinical software
Existing professional network within healthcare or mental health industries
