We are looking for a driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team and support U.S.-based organizations in the Insurance, Technology, Professional Services, SaaS, and B2B Services industries.

This role is ideal for sales professionals who are passionate about building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and helping clients solve complex business challenges through consultative selling. You'll play a key role in generating new business, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through closing.

What You'll Do

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, challenges, and business objectives.
• Present and demonstrate service solutions tailored to each client's requirements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and commercial terms.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Build long-term partnerships through exceptional customer service and account management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience selling services within the Insurance, Technology, SaaS, Professional Services, or B2B sectors.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and sales activities.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+/C1 preferred).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to U.S.-based clients or international markets.
• Knowledge of SaaS, insurance products, staffing solutions, consulting services, or other B2B service offerings.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and high-volume lead generation.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, MEDDICC, or Sandler.
• Experience analyzing sales metrics and forecasting revenue.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and sales tools.

Requirements

Sales Representative (Services) – High Fit Resume Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
• Experience selling services (Insurance, Technology, SaaS, Professional Services, or B2B Services).
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle (Prospecting → Closing).
• Strong experience in Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Cold Calling/Cold Outreach.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas/KPIs.
• Strong skills in Consultative Selling, Negotiation, and Closing Deals.
• Experience managing client relationships and Account Management.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+).

Preferred (Bonus)

• Experience selling to U.S.-based clients.
• Experience in SaaS, Insurance, Tech, Staffing, or Professional Services.
