About the Role

At Digitalzone, great proposals win business. As our Sales Program Architect, you will design customized client proposals and sales materials that help our sales team close more deals. You'll know our products and "building blocks" inside and out, and you'll use that knowledge to put together programs that are compelling, creative, and ready to deliver.
You will also be the connecting piece between Sales, clients, Client Experience (CX), and Operations. Everything we sell has to be deliverable without surprises and able to scale, and you'll make sure it is.

What You'll Do

• Be the Digitalzone product expert. Develop deep knowledge of our products, capabilities, and building blocks, and use it to configure the right solutions for each client.
• Build award-winning proposals. Create tailored, persuasive proposals and presentations that match client KPI’s
• Partner with Sales. Work alongside Sales early in the sales cycle to shape strategy, sharpen positioning, and turn client needs into winning program recommendations.
• Bridge Sales, CX, and Operations. Confirm that what we propose can be delivered, is scoped realistically, and can scale. Flag risks before they become problems.
• Represent the client's voice. Translate client goals and feedback into program designs that work for both the client and Digitalzone.
• Build repeatable assets. Maintain and improve a library of templates, program frameworks, and proposal components that make the sales team faster and more consistent.
• Collaborate across teams. Keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication and shared tools.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Strong attention to detail. Your work is accurate, polished, and consistent every time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex programs simply and persuasively.
• Experience with brand-to-demand media programs, including how they're planned, sold, and delivered.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clean, compelling, client-ready decks.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the confidence to work across Sales, CX, and Operations.

• Experience in a pre-sales, sales enablement, solutions, or proposal management role
• Background at a media, marketing, or advertising technology company
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot

• Sales has high-quality, client-ready proposals on fast turnaround.
• Proposals reflect Digitalzone's products accurately and win more business.
• What's sold can be delivered cleanly, with fewer handoff issues between Sales, CX, and Operations.
• Program designs and materials are consistent, reusable, and scalable.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits. This position is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
