Role Overview
As Sales Manager for India, you will take ownership of revenue growth for Trusting Social's eKYC, OCR, fraud and credit insight solutions. You will identify business opportunities, build long-term relationships with prospects, and own all aspects of the sales process from lead qualification through to deal closing. You will report directly to the CEO, India.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospects to increase company revenue.
- Own the full sales process: lead qualification, discovery calls, proposal preparation, contract negotiation and deal closing.
- Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients.
- Develop the reseller and partner channel to extend market reach.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting and sales updates with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct market intelligence research, analysis and benchmarking across categories.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the financial industry, retail banking, consumer finance or lending technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a technical discipline.
- Ability to understand complex technology and convey messaging to a range of prospects across target segments.
- Good understanding of products in current market conditions, credit risk and operational improvement.
- Goal-oriented person coupled with a strong hunger and passion to drive revenues.
- Demonstrated record of selling, negotiating and closing technical solutions.
- Self-directed, highly organised working style.
- Demonstrated ability to work, manage and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Network and relationships in financial institutions; experience with Enterprise , B2B sales.
- Driven, ambitious, and passionate about transforming financial services with AI.
