Sales manager (German)

Abacus School specializes in offline and online teaching of Abacus neuromathematics for children aged 4 to 13. We are the official representative of PAMA Global and the largest network of schools in our segment.

We are currently expanding and looking for a sales manager who knows the stages of sales and is ready to motivate the client to purchase a course - a cool product and a strong team will help with this!

Requirements

Tasks:

• communicate with clients by phone (incoming and outgoing calls) and in WhatsApp correspondence in order to sell additional education products;

• lead the client from the application to a successful demo lesson;
• work with client requests and wishes;
• work with transactions in AmoCRM according to the regulations;
• attend meetings with managers and training events.

What we expect from the candidate:

• German C1-native;
• English or Russian B1-B2;
• experience in telephone sales from six months;
• literate oral and written speech, developed communication skills;
• you are great at maintaining a high pace of work in the conditions of a large flow of incoming tasks;
• you know and use sales stages;
• you are a confident user of Microsoft Office, AmoCRM services.
