Job Description:A remote Account Executivewill be responsible for managing qualified sales opportunities and supporting client relationship development throughout the sales cycle. This role focuses on conducting discovery calls, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and closing deals under established sales processes. The Account Executive will also support early-stage account management to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling structured sales conversations in a remote environment. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to:

• Conduct discovery calls with qualified leads to understand client needs, business challenges,and purchasing criteria.
• Present products or services using approved sales frameworks and tailored messaging based on client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing breakdowns, and follow-up documentation in a timely manner.
• Manage assigned sales opportunities within the CRM, ensuring accurate updates, notes, and pipeline tracking.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain momentum and move deals toward closure.
• Handle basic objections and escalate complex negotiations or pricing discussions to senior leadership when required.
• Coordinate internally with SDRs/BDRs, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth handoff after deal closure.
• Support contract preparation and assist in gathering required documentation from clients.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Basic understanding of sales cycles, CRM systems, and pipeline management.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

Technical Requirements

• Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
• RAM: 16 GB minimum
• 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
• USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)

• 0-3 months:$1,200 USD/month
• After 3 months:You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
• After 1 year:Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
• After 2 years:Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
• After 3 years:Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
• After 4 years:Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month

TwoAnnual Adjustments:Every year, youbenefitfrom two salary increases: one on your work anniversary, recognizing your continued tenure withWorkBetterNow, and one at the start of each calendar year, when all salary ranges are updatedcompany-wide.
