About this role

We are hiring for Sales Development Representatives Bilinguals (Thai).

Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience including but not limited to Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Customer Service, Translation
Must be good in English and local language (Thai).

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

Content Translation from English to Thai (Local Language) and outreach customization in line with local market strategy
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Multi-Channel outreach via call, email, social media (LinkedIn), Instant Messaging and events marketing
Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from target prospects
Gather and validate information (Company Information, Contact Information, Tech Stack etc) from the contact engagement, online sources and lists purchased from other organizations
Document in the CRM what transpired in the conversations and engagements with target prospects including their current setup, evaluation timelines, pain points etc
Schedule appointments (online or face to face) for the client's sales representative/s to meet with the target prospects and attend sales presentations/discovery calls.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Report to the Production Manager/Client Success Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) basis
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and will undergo product training and support
Program Assignment: Minimum of 2 Accounts
Utilize the client's CRM for outreach and record updates
Other tasks that are assigned by the direct supervisor
