Mission: As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive lead generation and outreach through personalized, multi-channel campaigns, targeting key accounts in the pharma and life sciences industries. You will research prospects, conduct discovery meetings, qualify leads, and connect their business needs with Viseven’s digital and AI-powered solutions, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team. Working closely with marketing, sales, and partnerships, you will optimize outreach strategies, maintain CRM data quality, and contribute to pipeline growth and go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach
• Proactively generate interest in Viseven’s solutions through multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls, events, partner lists, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing to nurture and qualify inbound leads from campaigns, website forms, general requests, and events.
• Plan and execute account-based outreach (ABM/ABS) targeting priority accounts with personalized, multi-stakeholder sequences.
• Build and launch personalized outreach sequences using sales engagement and automation tools (e.g., Reply.io, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and campaign tactics based on performance data and market feedback.
Qualification & Consulting
• Research and analyze target accounts and buyer personas to tailor outreach and understand business drivers.
• Conduct introductory discovery meetings to uncover prospect pains, digital maturity levels, and opportunities.
• Act as a trusted consultant by mapping Viseven’s solutions (eWizard, AI tools, integrations, etc.) to prospect needs.
• Qualify or disqualify leads based on ICP and defined criteria, and hand over Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to Account Executives following approved flows.
CRM & Data Excellence
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely data for all leads and accounts in the CRM.
• Track outreach activities, campaign performance, and conversion metrics to support forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Suggest improvements to lead management and outreach operations to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and partnership teams to align on account strategies, messaging, and prioritization.
• Provide structured feedback on campaign performance, market trends, and buyer behavior to shape future GTM initiatives.
• Actively grow your LinkedIn presence to build a relevant professional network in the pharma & life sciences ecosystem.

Requirements:

• English: Upper-Intermediate+/Fluent
• 2+ years in SaaS/IT sales (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
• Hands-on experience with outbound tools (Reply.io, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot)
• Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, CHAMP)
• Strong research & prospecting skills (decision-makers, buying intent)
• Fast learner with ability to absorb product/industry knowledge
• Structured multitasker with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication, storytelling, and rapport-building skills

Preferred / Advantage:

• Experience with CRM (Creatio, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Familiarity with marketing automation & campaign tools
• Knowledge of Jira & Confluence
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Background in SaaS/enterprise sales cycles
• Experience in pharma or life sciences industries
• Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
