We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (US IT Staffing & Recruitment) – Female Only

We are looking for a results-driven, resilient, and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts targeting US-based companies. This role focuses on high-volume cold calling, identifying technology staffing needs, engaging key decision-makers, and booking qualified sales meetings. The ideal candidate has proven B2B outbound sales experience, excellent English communication skills, strong objection-handling abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with previous experience selling IT staffing, IT recruitment, or staff augmentation services to US clients are strongly preferred, but exceptional sales professionals from other B2B service industries will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 150–200 outbound cold calls per working day to US-based business prospects.
Engage prospects through phone-first outreach, navigate gatekeepers, and overcome common objections.
Identify and connect with founders, CEOs, CTOs, engineering leaders, and other hiring decision-makers.
Qualify prospects, uncover technical hiring and staffing needs, and book qualified sales meetings.
Communicate the value of technology staffing, IT recruitment, and remote talent solutions.
Handle objections confidently, adapt conversations naturally, and move beyond fixed scripts.
Develop and manage structured multichannel outreach sequences using calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Execute follow-up cadences and maintain accurate prospect information and activity records in the CRM.
Track daily calling activity, lead status, outreach performance, and qualified meetings.
Use CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to manage prospecting activities.
Demonstrate initiative, resilience, and the ability to generate results with minimal onboarding.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, particularly in a high-volume cold-calling environment.
Ability and willingness to make 150–200 outbound calls per day.
Experience selling services to US-based companies and engaging US decision-makers.
Native-level English proficiency or equivalent professional fluency, with excellent spoken communication and clear pronunciation.
Warm, pleasant, and professional phone presence with a neutral, easy-to-understand English accent.
Strong objection-handling, consultative questioning, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to think independently, adapt sales conversations, and generate measurable results.
Hands-on experience creating, executing, and managing outbound sales sequences or cadences using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and perform effectively with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience selling technology staffing, IT recruitment, or IT staff augmentation services to US-based companies.
Experience working with technology recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or online talent marketplaces.
Familiarity with US technology hiring needs, technical roles, and technology-sector decision-makers.
Experience with high-volume outbound prospecting and multichannel sales engagement.
Proven ability to ramp up quickly and deliver results with minimal onboarding.
